This unique column still rum was distilled at T.I.E. Distillery in Punaruu, Tahiti. Aged for three years in French Oak in Polynesia, it then matured for an additional two years in England. Finally it was hand bottled and labeled in Florida. It was bottled as an exclusive cask pick for the legendary Mai Kai Restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale in partnership with the Florida Rum Society. Only 220 bottles.
